Cindy Gruber

 Executive Producer

Cindy Gruber is the executive producer of Aside From That, a project whose genesis was her own deep curiosity about the various coping mechanisms people employ to deal with their mortality.

In addition to her first venture into documentary film production, Cindy has twenty-five years’ management experience in corporate communications and marketing, including numerous high level projects for Fortune 500 companies.

Having received her B.A. from Emerson College, Cindy furthered her education with a postgraduate degree in Communications from Simmons College.

Her community, volunteer and philanthropic work includes being a founding member and former Chair of the Women's Leadership Council at Lahey Health in Burlington, MA; former Board Chair of The Wellness Community; former board member of the Walker School in Needham, MA; and a member of the Hestia Fund in Boston, MA.
